Meet Gillian
For the past 8 years, I've had the privilege of helping people improve their health through personal training, corporate wellness, small group training, and group fitness. Throughout those experiences, I've worked with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, helping them build strength, improve their health, gain confidence, and create healthier lifestyles.
Over time, I discovered that the work I found most meaningful was helping older adults. Watching clients regain strength, improve their balance, move with greater confidence, and continue doing the activities they love inspired me to focus my career on healthy aging.
Today, as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Functional Aging Specialist, I'm passionate about helping older adults stay active, mobile, and independent throughout every stage of aging. My approach focuses on improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall function so you can continue doing the things that matter most--whether that's navigating daily activities with ease, keeping up with your grandchildren, or enjoying your favorite hobbies with certainty.
I offer personalized in-home, virtual, and small group training designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and maintain an active, independent lifestyle for years to come.
